At shirtmax.com, our #1 priority is customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
In order to process your return, please follow these 4 steps:
- Fill out our Returns Form.
- Once we receive your returns form, we will email you a return authorization with a pdf file of the return UPS shipping label.
- Print the return UPS shipping label and place it on the package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS location. See ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for the location nearest you.
When making a return, please ensure the following:
- Your items have not been altered in any way. This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating. Altered items will not be accepeted.
- Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
- As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
- Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
- Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.
Exchanges and Claims:
- We do not offer exchanges. You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.
- Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
