For sharp and detailed prints, a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) is recommended. We currently accept JPG, PNG, and SVG formatted files. PNG is highly favored due to its support for transparency. Please also ensure that you have used the CMYK color mode for your artwork for the most accurate color reproduction for your transfers.
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after the garment has been pressed before washing. Turn the garment inside out and do not wash at high temperatures. Also avoid using bleach when washing.
If there is an issue with the printing of the film or your package is damaged in transit, we will issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
How to Apply DTF Transfers
STEP 1
Prepress Garment
Spend a few seconds removing wrinkles before you begin.
STEP 2
Set Temperature
For best results set your press to 275± degrees for most materials.
STEP 3
Apply Pressure
We recommend Heavy 60 PSI / 8-8
STEP 4
Press Time
We recommend pressing the garment for 10-15 seconds.
STEP 5
Peel Now or Later
You can peel the backing paper right after you open the press, or you can wait. Your choice.
STEP 6
Cover w/ Parchment Paper or Teflon
After peeling the transfer, cover with parchment paper and press for 5 seconds. If you don't have parchment paper, use teflon or a spare t-shirt.
